A new architectural highlight is being developed on Marienburger Straße in Munich-Bogenhausen – the Mariengärten. On a prime location covering approximately 45,000 square meters, around 520 energy-efficient modern apartments are being developed in a new green residential area. Commercial spaces, senior care apartments, and day care centers complete the project. Part of the plan is the careful restoration of the heritage-protected Villa Niggl, which will shape the central square of the neighborhood in the future. A planned high-rise will create a new, visible focal point in the area. The site, which is currently largely inaccessible, will be opened up to the neighborhood and will offer a new quality of stay in the immediate surroundings with a green center.
The design by su und z Architekten from Munich impresses with innovative ideas, clear lines, and timeless aesthetics. The plan includes harmonious green spaces, open areas, and a central underground parking garage. A lively, car-free neighborhood is being created, which will offer its users the highest quality of stay.
Joint venture with Baywobau Bauträger Aktiengesellschaft – in cooperation with Münchener Wohnen GmbH.
